DMD Enrollment Video
The objective of this project was to develop an engaging, fully animated step-by-step video for patients, parents, and legal guardians in the Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) community. The video guides families through completing the Catalyst Pathways® Enrollment Form to gain access to AGAMREE®—a prescription treatment for DMD—and its associated free support program, which provides one-on-one guidance, dedicated insurance navigators, financial co-pay assistance, and bridge medicine.
Creative Concept
Driven by a warm, supportive voiceover and dynamic motion graphics, the video aims to empower families to take charge of their treatment journey and navigate enrollment without unnecessary delays.
