The project assigned from my User Experience class posed the research question, "How might we improve the experience of JMU students trying to get coffee in the nearby area?" I was to design pages of an app that aimed at informing students about coffee shop wait times to improve their customer experience. By paying attention to the app's brand and usability, I achieved an app that would be the most efficient for users.
Creative Concept
As a JMU student, I noticed the lines for coffee shops were extremely long, and oftentimes, students would run late to their classes. I wanted to create an app that allowed students to view the wait times for their favorite coffee shop before they got in line.
